Refund policy
Straightforward: cancel whenever you want, and keep what you paid for until the period ends.
Cancelling
Cancel from Billing at any time. Your membership stays active until the end of the current paid period, then stops renewing. Your account, progress, and practice logs are preserved if you return.
Monthly memberships
Monthly payments are not prorated after the period begins. If you were charged in error or a technical issue prevented access, contact us and we will make it right.
Annual memberships
Annual plans may be refunded within 14 days of the initial purchase if you have not completed more than three lessons. After that window, cancellation stops the next renewal.
Removed accounts
Accounts terminated for serious community-guideline violations are not refunded for the current period, where permitted by law.
