1. Can an adult in the home commit 45–60 minutes daily to walks and structured training for the next two years?
2. Do you have secure containment: a solid fence, gates, a crate, and doors that latch?
3. Does every adult in the household agree on the same rules for furniture, doors, food, and greetings?
4. Can you physically manage a 90–120 pound dog on leash in a surprising situation?
5. Are you prepared to separate the dog behind a barrier whenever children are running or playing?
6. Can you budget for adult-sized food, veterinary care, and possible in-person professional help?
